Our Payroll Process

  1. You provide us with overtime, hours, new employees, leavers, contract changes on the agreed forms by agreed submission date
  2. We calculate payroll and pension contributions and assess your employees
  3. We publish payroll reports and payslips on our secure (GDPR compliant) employer and employee portals, which you and your employees can access by PC, tablet or mobile
  4. We upload any pension correspondence to the employer and employee portals for delivery
  5. We notify you how much to pay HMRC and your Pension Provider
  6. We send RTI Submission to HMRC by due date
  7. We submit pensions data to Pension Provider

Our Promise to You

  • We will work with you to understand your pay policy to ensure we calculate wages and holiday pay based on your requirements. This means that you do not have to do any pay calculations yourself, you just provide the new employee forms, timesheets and other instructions and we will do the rest. This will include company sick pay, maternity pay schemes and part-pay calculations for a new starter or leaver.
  • We won’t just process any numbers that you provide. We will query anything that doesn’t look right based on our understanding of your business so that your employees are paid correctly.
  • We will meet your pay dates and HMRC deadlines for receipt of information. We always work to deadlines. As our partner you just need to provide us with the information in the agreed timescales.
